We take your senior team through a set of strategy tools and frameworks designed and adapted by us for business to business environments.

This isn’t a sterile, classroom exercise – we will be working with real strategy challenges from your business, and by the end of two days participants are armed with a clear view of their options, and energised about the changes they need to make to win more business.

Pricing For Profit

This module provides participants with a deep dive on pricing strategy, including customer value, cost to acquire and serve, competition and channel. We provide teams with a practical, easy to use methodology and work through it using live examples from your business as much as possible.
